Withdrawal policy

In accordance with the right of withdrawal established by Colombian Law 1480 of 2011, Article 47, customers have a maximum of five (5) business days from the date of delivery to exercise this right.

The product must be returned in the same condition in which it was received: unused, clean, undamaged, and with all original tags and labels attached.

The return shipping costs to our distribution center will be borne by the customer.

Once the returned item is received and inspected at our facilities, Lola Relola S.A.S. will issue a full refund of the amount paid, with no deductions or fees, within a maximum period of 30 calendar days.
